Outsource is the "in" word nowadays and it has become so
much easier, especially for those who have a small business
and do not wish to employ an audio or dictaphone typist on a
full-time basis.
You are now able to record your dictation or
meeting/interview wherever you are in various audio file
formats (i.e. .dss, .wav, .wma, .mp3 etc.), upload /
attach and email the audio file. This file is then
downloaded by the typist onto transcription software and
transcribed. Thereafter the typed document is emailed back to
the client.
